We may collect your name, email address, phone number, profile image, ticket booking details, selected pass, payment reference, event attendance details, and optional pet information such as pet name or breed.

For brand and partnership enquiries, we may collect company name, contact person details, sponsorship interest, campaign requirements, and related communication history.

We use your information to process bookings, issue QR tickets, verify payments, support event check-in, respond to enquiries, send event updates, manage safety and operational communication, and improve Pet Circle services.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform, including payment, authentication, ticketing, hosting, support and event operations partners.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Pet Circle does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, net banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

We store payment order IDs, payment IDs and booking status only for confirmation, support, refund and accounting purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss.

Booking, ticketing and payment records may be retained as required for event operations, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution and customer support.

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements.

You can also contact support if you want help with account, booking or ticket information associated with your email address.
