Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellations, refunds and payment support for Pet Circle tickets and partnership bookings.

Ticket Cancellation
Paid tickets are generally non-transferable and non-refundable after successful booking unless an event is cancelled by Pet Circle or a refund is specifically approved by our support team.
Free passes do not carry any cash value and are not eligible for refund.
Event Cancellation Or Rescheduling
If Pet Circle cancels an event, eligible paid ticket holders may receive a refund to the original payment method or an alternative credit/pass, depending on the circumstances.
If an event is rescheduled, existing tickets will normally remain valid for the revised date. Customers who cannot attend may contact support for available options.
Duplicate Or Failed Payments
If money is debited but a booking is not confirmed, please contact support with the payment ID, order ID, email address and phone number used for the transaction.
Verified duplicate or failed payments are usually reversed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
Brand Partnership Payments
Sponsorship, stall, branding and activation payments are governed by the agreed proposal, invoice, scope of work or written confirmation.
Refunds for brand partnership services depend on committed production costs, campaign timelines, vendor advances, venue commitments and work already completed.
How To Request Support
For any refund or cancellation query, email contact@petcircle.co.in with your booking ID, event name, registered email, phone number and payment reference.
Submitting a request does not guarantee refund approval, but our team will review the case and respond with the applicable resolution.
