Pet Circle Event Terms & Conditions

Entry Pass for 1 day - Rs. 499: Includes event entry, Play Arena access, and Brand & Sponsor Stall access. Wrist bands must be collected from the Box Office.

Stage Event Contest Participations for pets: Fastest Tail Wag & Cutest Expression Contest - Rs. 349; Pet + Parent Talent Round - Rs. 349; Agility Challenge - Rs. 349; Fashion Show / Ramp Walk - Rs. 499.

Combo Package - Rs. 999: Includes 2-day entry, Play Area access, access to all stalls, and participation in any 2 activities.

Additional premium experiences introduced later may require separate paid access, subject to availability.

Upon arrival at the venue, attendees must collect entry bands from the Box Office by presenting ticket confirmation.

Tickets are applicable for human attendees aged 5 years and above. Children below 12 years must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Pets of all ages are welcome and pet entry is free.

Day Passes are valid only for the selected day. Combo Pass holders receive access to both event days.

Access to activities is subject to venue capacity, slot availability, safety guidelines, and organizer discretion. Certain activities may have breed or size restrictions.

Tickets will remain valid if the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or situations beyond the organizer control.

Wristbands are issued at entry for identification and access control.

Wristbands must remain intact. Lost, damaged, or tampered wristbands may result in denied re-entry.

Wristbands are non-transferable. Re-entry is permitted on the same day only upon presentation of a valid wristband.

Tickets may be used by friends or family. The attendee need not be the original purchaser.

A valid QR code, booking confirmation, or digital ticket must be presented at entry. The organizer may request ID verification.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once booked unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Internet handling fees and platform charges apply.

Unauthorized duplication, resale, or tampering of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

Pets must be vaccinated and free from ticks, fleas, contagious diseases, or infections. Pets that appear visibly unwell or aggressive may be denied entry.

Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet's behaviour, safety, and hygiene throughout the event.

Dogs must remain leashed at all times except in designated off-leash zones.

Pets displaying aggressive or unsafe behaviour may be removed without refund.

The organizers are not responsible for pet conflicts, injuries, illness, allergic reactions, loss, or theft during the event.

Prohibited items include outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, flammable materials, glass bottles, and hazardous items.

All attendees and belongings are subject to mandatory security checks. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.

This is a drug-free event. Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed immediately and may be reported to authorities.

Outside food is not permitted inside the event premises.

The organizers may refuse entry or remove any attendee behaving in a disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe manner without refund.

Respectful behaviour toward fellow guests, pets, staff, and exhibitors is expected at all times.

The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

In emergencies, attendees must follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.

By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes related to Pet Circle.

The organizers may use such footage without additional permission or compensation.

Unauthorized commercial photography or videography requires prior written approval from the organizers.

The organizers may modify schedules, activities, timings, or venue layouts without prior notice.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer. In that case, only the base ticket amount is refunded; platform and processing fees remain non-refundable.

The event is subject to force majeure conditions including weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond organizer control.

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including risks related to pets, crowds, activities, and communicable illnesses.

The organizers and associated parties shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, or inconvenience arising during or after the event.

Attendee information collected during booking may be used for event communication, customer support, and future event promotions, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

These Terms & Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing or using a Pet Circle ticket, attendees agree to all terms herein.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Pre-registrations open 1 hour prior to the allotted time slot.

Participation will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to slot availability.

Contest bookings are subject to availability, event schedules, venue conditions, and organizer discretion.

Pet Circle reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any stage event due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or any situation beyond control.

Participants are required to report on time for their allotted slot. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in case of missed slot timings or no-shows.

Participation may be subject to pet safety guidelines, breed/size suitability, and event rules where applicable.

The decision of the judges and event organizers shall be final and binding.
